atiku will not restructure anything. a core northerner will never restructure Nigeria.

if not for the north it would have been easy for an small party to win Nigeria Election. when people have a common goals and purpose anyone can become president. but in Nigeria its not like that and thief can only become president because the system made it so. the Britain are the problem of Nigeria and not the north. the Britain's and all those that help Nigeria fight the civil war against Biafra.
