The beginning of the new year is the time for new year resolutions. To-do lists and goals for the coming year. But by the time of publication of this post, you must have already made up your new year resolution. And it's time to add or correct this list. LH offers a list of those cases, goals, and attitudes that you may not have listed. But many of them just have to be there!
1. Do not waste yourself
Stop wasting yourself on trifles and try to please everyone. Understand yourself and say a firm “no” to certain things, people and activities that do not make you better, but only spoil and waste your time. Say “yes” to those activities in which you can usefully spend your energy. Complete your list with a promise not to waste yourself.
2. Spend time
New year resolutions usually contain those things, activities and goals that make us better, smarter and stronger. But if you strictly follow all the goals and settings, you will find that your calendar is simply packed with all sorts of activities. Make a note of yourself: free up some time on idleness. Seriously!

3. Eat more chocolate

4. Write more letters
The art of writing is gradually dying under the pressure of social media and technology. But letters are a great way to make sense of your life and show care. Write yourself: write more letters. Allocate at least an hour per month to letters to those who are important to you. We are talking about paper letters. By composing a letter, not a message in a social network, you will learn to compress the events of your life in a couple of paragraphs, learn the warm and real art of sharing thoughts on paper. In the end, not too much is needed for paper mail: envelopes, stamps, a sheet of paper and a pencil.
5. Learn a new language
This is, of course, a complex list item. But no one says that you should talk like a native speaker. Learning languages helps your mind find new horizons and, moreover, prevents trouble like Alzheimer's disease. Foreign-language books can be a real discovery and a storehouse of professional knowledge. Among other things, you will begin to better understand the culture of the people whose language you are learning.
6. Listen to the silence
Meditation is not for everyone, especially at first. So just take a few minutes a day to sit in silence, doing absolutely nothing. Only aware of the movement of his mind. At this time, new ideas may come to you. At the very least, you will get a discharge and a switch. And that's good too.
7. Let chaos into your life
What percentage of our plans are actually being implemented? In fact, this percentage is very low. So why not admit to yourself that you cannot perfectly follow plans? And let in your life a little bit, just a little mess. I assure you, your life will become much simpler when you slightly choke you makeovers.
8. Less complain
Oh, this is one of the most difficult items on the list. We love to complain and often do not even notice that we complain. Quitting complaining is harder than quitting smoking, if only because we see when we smoke. We do not always see complaints. The less you complain, the more space for gratitude you free up. And, therefore, in your life there is more room for happiness.
9. Walk more
We all know that walking is good for ourselves and for the environment. But but always do it. Meanwhile, this is a very simple way to slightly improve your health. This is a great way to learn something new and, in the end, to switch between activities. Record yourself: walk. And practice, it is simple and very useful.
10. To be alive
In fact, you do not have to reproach yourself unless you do all the points of your new year resolution. When perfectionism prevents you from living, just remember the most important gift of this Universe. About the possibility of being alive. Making your life better is right, but sometimes you just have to feel alive and enjoy it.
