Today, the Voice of Divine Truth International Outreach paid a visit to Mrs. Amaka Okeke (the Widow who came to our office asking for assistance) at the place where she sells food. Recall last week, we visited her and gave her ₦23,000 to start a petty business of selling food with an additional ₦17,000 for her children’s school fees, as expected she started the business and with what we saw during our visit she is really doing well.

During our visit to the place where she sells, we also presented the sum of ₦10,000 donated by Mr. Obehi Okojie – a follower of ours on Facebook who saw her video and chooses to help. With her heart full of excitement and gratitude, she also informed us of how she had been receiving more assistance from other persons, she said on Saturday a beloved sister came to visit her too and gave her clothes, food items, also gave her daughters toys and a cash donation of ₦10,000. She also confirmed receiving a credit alert of ₦20,000 from Mr. Peter Okojie. After we left her shop, we then drove down to the children’s school, where we met them at school, looking so happy and sharp.

Now, Mrs. Amaka Okeke and her family have a reason to smile again, all to the Glory of God.

Our target is to empower 1000 Widows with a free grant of ₦20,000 each, to enable them to start or boost their petty businesses. The goal of this project is to economically empower poor widows to improve their livelihood and be able to cater for their families.

The core message of our widow’s empowerment project;
Beloved, the only reason why we are showing you the videos and pictures of our charitable activities is to practically teach, demonstrate and inspire you to imbibe the message of love for humanity. As you watch and see us help widows who are in need, please be inspired also to do likewise. There are Widows around you, go out of your way to show them the love of God. God will not come down from heaven to that; you should represent His interest here on earth.
