A reputable law firm in Ikoyi is urgently in need of a Desktop Publisher/Admin Personnel: Job role: Type setting Documents Editing Graphics Designing with extensive Creativity Formatting and Printing of documents To assist in General administrative support as required Managing filing system and Operations. Skills: Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge in applications such as: CorelDRAW, Adobe suites & Microsoft Suit. Must be creative, with an eye for good design. Must be able to prioritise a varied workload. Must be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to new creative briefs. Work methodically and pay attention to detail. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team. Must be highly organised, proactive, and collaborative. Able to work with business sensitive information. Must be Able to adapt to changing priorities. Customer service oriented with the ability to listen, understand and respond to client wants and needs. Must be able to work with little or no supervision. Requirement: HND/BSc. Holder with 1-2 year experience. Proficiency in the use of all Office Suites, Internet usage, Acrobat Professional, CorelDraw/Photoshop Proficiency in the use of computer Male preferably for gender balance. Work independently as well as in a team. Must be highly organised, proactive, and collaborative. Able to work with business sensitive information. Able to adapt to changing priorities.
