Fornication, like any other sin is like a virus.. . it multiples when it gets into the body. It makes you sick and vulnerable to other diseases.
Sin/sex makes you very vulnerable to demonic influence and sin. This is why it is important to always pray and ask God for forgiveness.
Constant prayers, no matter how short help me overcome sinful thoughts.

I don't know if others can,me,i don't do abstainence i only protect myself through co.nd.om.i Bleep whenever there's the urge to do so,i only use my head by protecting myself.

Yes it is possible. It takes discipline, engagement in other things for one to overcome. Yes this generation may be bad,there are many that have kept themselves till date
