the NLNG itself is been run by private sector that is why the govt is able to get up to $5bn from them but instead of that money to be paid directly to govt account, it is paid to the NNPC who then spend it any how without due process

Nnpc will get the Money back to nlng account when the landing cost reduce below 140 naira.

In a functional democracy if this statement of yours is official it is enough to get someone sacked. There are laws mandating full disclosure especially when it comes to expending public funds for the public good. Hear me well. IT IS ILLEGAL TO EXPEND PUBLIC FUNDS WITHOUT APPROPRIATION. IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE anywhere in the world. The NNPC has no right to pay sums to subsidise, stabilize, trade-iin... or any other colorful word you wish to use without legislative approval, period. The NNPC cannot be bigger than the laws that guide its operations.

Issues of petroleum availability and pricing are key national issues that go beyond the NNPC to affect our national security, developmemt, the greater economy, investments and all these issues have been debated for decades in this country. We as a people should know the implications of what government spends and what is costs to maintain certain prices. It is our money. The NNPC is not a private organisation.

Am in support of NNPC full disclosure of the account from 1999-2018,for us to compare between both of them that is APC and PDP.

With that, Nigerians can then decide on the administration that managed the dividends better instead of trying to play politics with the issue.

Let their books be audited, NLNG was a secret cash house for corruption for PDP since inception. People mostly focus on the barrels of crude oil we sell, and ignore the cubic volume of gas we sell. If APC government wants to offer full disclosure since 1999, then its a very good one. Dunderheads with penchant support for corruption would try hard to want us not to support this, since PDP couldn't audit it all this while, they would blame and frustrate the once that want to audit it.
