A newborn baby was found dumped in a refuse site in Calabar, Cross River State by an unknown person.

The baby, clad only in diapers, was found among the dirt scattered by the side of the road.

According to eye-witness, the shocking incident happened at Bateba Street, Calabar South in the early hours of Friday, November 23, 2018 as Passersby were shocked when they passed by the illegal dump site and sight the helpless baby.

Findings by Brainnewsradio.com has it that the child was not met at the dump site alive.
