Dele Momodu, Ben Bruce, Reno Omokri, Atiku and others react to viral video of Boko Haram killing Nigerian soldiers.

Nigerians on social media continue to discuss the recent massacre of Nigerian soldiers in Borno State by Boko Haram terrorists.

The Nigerian Army while addressing the incident a few hours ago said, 'it is important for the public to note that the NA has laid down procedures for reporting incidents that involve its personnel who fall casualty in action. Out of respect for the families of our gallant troops, the NOKs are first notified before any form of public information so as to avoid exacerbating the grief family members would bear, were they to discover such from unofficial sources'.

Buhari promised to fight boko haram by leading the attack but ended up leading attack on propaganda and blame games.

The present Nigeria government don't have value for human lives. Imagine the brutal demise of 100 flaged soldiers like chicken everything seems like nothing happened. Not even a solidarity support from the masses.

If 100 chickens were killed it would have more impact, the owner might mourn a bit,the eaters would rejoice,but if 100 Nigerians died like rats,the notion would be "You want you signed in for"

the FG can deploy over 30,000 fully armed security personnel to rig elections in peaceful states, but cannot send them to quell BHTs.


while there are no easy fixes, what stops the FG from deploying 15,000 fully armed security operatives to that location for a 1 week operation to rout out the terrorists?


if 15,000 security operatives descend in that location, I am certain that they will be able to clear that area within 72 hours then put measures in place to ensure the terrorists do not return in force...

I am not surprised by the massacre because of two reasons.

1). He who lives by the sword dies by the sword.

2). The Nigerian Army is the only army in the world whose citizens curse instead of bless because of how they oppress and terrorize civilians.

In the US, you see folks pray for the safety of our troops around the world.

But how can you pray for the safety of a Nigerian soldier who asked you to frog-jump and roll in mud just a few days ago?
