The popular Otammiri River near the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), has once again drowned a student of the institution. What could be the cause of reoccurring deaths in that school? Are there no swimming pools within or outside the university community? What is the university doing to reduce this menace? All these calls for answer |
