Last night, acting on the Special Resolution by the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Deacon Udom Emanuel renamed the Akwa Ibom International Airport to Obong ( Arc) Victor Attah International Airport, to honour him at 80

Very well deserved.
This is the only meaningful thing Udom has done.

LOL... You don't know an Akwa Ibomite when you see one. To you, it's much more comfortable to believe that anyone who says Gov. Udom Emmanuel has not done well and will not be reelected is not from Akwa Ibom or is not living there. I rather think you should take a long hard look at the mirror.

Twice in the past two weeks, he has thrown money in the gate of govt office and civil servant rushing and fighting to share it. Really shameful.

Lol all this because his rival offeres to do it first. I think the Ibom theme was much better but hey everyone loves venerating eachother. We'll expect the eket stadium to be renamed soon. Hopefully the dont change names of other stuff like Ibom power plant, Ibom seaport etc.
