But I need to know why hospitals reject emergency cases? I am not particular about private or government hospitals, just hospitals. Why do they?.
Cases where the victim is in dire need of help, obvious they may die if they are not attended to immediately and they are still turned back!, away.......
They are left to a fate which usually ends in death.....
Why do they reject these people?

Blame it on the government. They are scared of the patients running away after being treated. In well-structured climes, the patient is easily track able and they won't dare run

So what you are telling me is because they don't have money to pay the bills that's why they are being rejected.
