A man was pulled out alive from the rubbles of the 7 storey-building which collapsed on friday on woji road in G.R.A phase two area of Port-Harcourt. The man said to be in his mid 20's was immediately rushed to Braithwaite Memorial Specialist Hospital, BMSH for medical treatment. The building was under construction when it collapsed. The Rivers State governor, Nyesome Wike has ordered the arrest of its owner but its not known if the police has him in custody yet.
