We are #1 Publisher of progressive books and currently have 2000+ published titles which spans a variety of reader domains such as books for children in Nursery, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary.

We are recruiting for the below position.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ibadan

Job Duties
• Identify and implement new process plan to improve customer support service.
• Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat.
• Research, prioritize and resolve customer issues in timely and accurate fashion.
• Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference and direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.
• Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion.
• Track and follow up all customers request in a timely manner.
• Maintain broad knowledge of all company products and services and promotions.
• Manage large volume of customer calls in friendly and courtesy manner.
• Provide outstanding and exceptional service always.
• Maintain procedures and processes for first level problem determination.
• Work with product and sales teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Return customer calls in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on after sales request and proper handling of customer updates forms.
• Opening customer complaints log by logging complaints information.
• Maintaining customer records by updating information in assigned database.

Requirements
• First Degree in any discipline with 2+ years Customer Service work experience
• Very Fluent in English Language
• IT Savvy
