Description

We are looking for seasoned Secretaries for our operations which cover West Africa.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Make travel arrangements
Document expenses and hand in reports.

General Qualifications Required

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Secretarial Studies or any related field
Relevant training certifications will be an advantage
Mature male and female candidates required.

Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in secretarial management
Not less than 38 years old
Must have worked as Confidential Secretary to the Managing Director or related position
High degree of integrity and confidentiality
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
