Time exists just like matter. It doesn't measure anything. Although we can measure time. |

Time measures Change. Some things change at a very steady rate and so we can use them to measure time. For example the pulsing of a quartz crystal. Or better still the position of the Sun in the Sky. It is first seen in the east and about 12 hours later it is in the west having proceeded slowly from it's starting point. |
