Job Title: Operations Specialist

Purpose of Position: Managing the workplace flow and optimizing day-to-day operations for profitability

Foodruns^TM is a registered trademark and brand of Edibleplus. It’s an online favourite restaurant takeaway delivery service with the mission of making restaurant and canteen food delivery at customer’s door step a click away and a pleasurable experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/KEY JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These include but not limited to the following:
o Maintain Office systems and smooth running of the business
o Ensure improvement of business process through managing operational procedures
o Responsible for preparation of operational reports for decision making
o Attend to customer’s order, queries and ensure customer satisfaction
o Channel orders to appropriate department for further processing
o Generate customer leads, make cold calls and business development presentations to clients
o Champion marketing and promotional activities
o Increase client base and ensure sales target are met
o Ensure good relationship is maintained both with vendors and customers
o Conduct market and business intelligence research and present findings
o Ensure the company’s resources are well maintained
o Manage information and data including filling and records tracking


REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
o High integrity, reliability and confidentiality
o Strong quantitative, analytical and reporting skills
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Good interpersonal and customer service skills
o Highly proficient the MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.


QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of HND/First Degree

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years related experience
