How AEDC Defrauds Electricity Consumers With Outrageous, Irregular And Illegal Charges


Residents of Abuja, Nasarawa, Kogi and Niger States are currently groaning under illegal and unsubstantiated electricity charges foisted on them by Abuja Electricity Distribution Company, AEDC.
An investigation carried out by LeadingReporters has unveiled the fact that what AEDC charges consumers is far what is approved by NERC. This means that consumers who should pay less in 2018, according to Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC projection are paying more when compared with the previous years.
