The Oasis properties limited is a real estate start-up company in lagos Nigeria under a limted liability company called Obecosea international agency Nigeria limited. We have a project for cheap affordable housing for government staffs and we will need to partner with another real-estate company in the aspect of provision of lands. The cost of land should be between N 350,000 –N400, 000 which should be up to 100 plots. The registered real estate company must have lands in any of these areas:

Ikorodu

Mowe

Ibeju Lekki

Criteria’s for partnership

1. The company must be registered to CAC as a Real Estate company in Nigeria

2. The lands owned by the company must be registered with the companies name as a valid owner.

3. The company be reputable with a good online portfolio

4. 4. The company must have valid land documents.



Benefits of Partnership

1. Additional percentage from the total cost of the land

2. Participation in the project on which will be bound by agreement

3. Project will be used to build company’s portfolio

4. Consistency in partnership for more Government projects.



What we need From Partner Company

Company Registration document for validation & Project Application. (CAC)

Valid Land documents for authentication by the government.



The year is running to an end and the governmental bodies are looking for a way to spend money to please the government staff against the 2019 election. The plan is to get this project before the end of the year so we can commerce come Jan 2019. This is according to our inside source in government.
