I have been there before, the person asked me to send down to onitsha pay in delivery, he promised paying for the waybill, I paid 3k to waybill down to onitsha, on getting there only for the buyer to tell me he's no longer interested, stopped picking my calls too, I had to pay for another waybill to be sent back.
Just three days ago, another person called from enugu that she will pay for the waybill of one of the phones I advertised. I bluntly told her, if you can't trust me to pay first, am sorry I can't.

My brother, POD 70% of the time, doesn't end well. Only if you know what Jumia goes through. Its just that their delivery is well mapped out that they dont really get loss for declined orders
