1.Roles for account Payables Clerk
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will update and maintain records for a number of existing accounts and assist with invoicing. You will work with vendors to resolve past due invoices and reconcile monthly statements. In addition, you will also process, review and assure that payments are sent, both internally and externally.


Key Result Areas (Responsibilities):

Assist with the daily operations within the Accounts Payable Department.
Provide full cycle accounts payable support.
Communicate with employees, company sites and vendors via phone or email regarding their invoices and/or payments in a prompt and professional manner.
Review and process employee expense reports
Accurately reconcile, code and key in vendor invoices / expense reports to ensure employees and outside vendors are paid in accordance with company policies and/or vendor contract terms.
Perform timely and accurate weekly vendor and employee check runs, EFT's, ACHs and/or wires.
Reconcile vendor statements and researching vendor payments.
Maintain and update AP master files, system tables and configurations to ensure system performance and data integrity.
Providing support in the Month/Quarter/Year end closing processes and/or audits
Enforce operating standards in a professional, collaborative manner.
Maintain all payable records to include archiving, filing, etc.
Assist accounting department with other jobs as needed.

Education:
Minimum of OND cert.
Other Requirement
One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team.



2.Roles for account Receivables
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk include:
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit transactions
• Handle incoming emails and phone calls regarding vendor/customer questions and concerns about accounts or billing issues
• Continuously monitor vendor accounts and PO's
• Research customer billing issues and make adjustments as needed
• Business to business collection calls to ensure prompt payment.
• Monitor outstanding billing amount
• Preparation of invoices for all client companies on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly basis (as needed) and responsible for collections of account receivable.
• Maintenance of the billing and commissions
• Preparation of bank deposits and posting of all cash receipts
• Data entry of accounts receivable billing and other related information including monthly aging of accounts receivable.
• Maintaining current contract files authorization numbers, contracts, etc
• Maintaining accurate files of all invoices and deposit slips.
• Maintaining the contracting documentation matrices.
• Assist accounting department with other jobs as needed.
