Echolab A pioneer provider of affordable, best-in-class diagnostic medical services in Nigeria and a recent member of the Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH) consortium, an international brand quoted on London Stock Exchange, requires the services of the following professionals:

Results & Records Officers (Benin & Victoria Island, Lagos):

Results & Records Officers in our facilities are responsible for typing, printing or otherwise generating results or reports for various tests and clinical investigations, as well as for the update and maintenance of accurate, up-to-date patient/client information on relevant company databases.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
o Minimum of an OND in Business Administration or related disciplines; with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
o Patient
o Reliable
o Smart and able to multi-task; capable of handling several issues at the same time and meet deadlines
o Must be computer literate, able to use Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel and other administrative software effectively & efficiently
o Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or any form of information management software is a definite advantage

• Quickly and efficiently addressing patient queries by relating needed information (wait times, payment processes, test information, pre-investigation instructions etc.) in a pleasant & professional manner
• Keeping patient appointments on schedule

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

In this role, you will prepare specimens, carry out basic laboratory procedures, run simple tests and prepare cultures and tissue samples. You may also conduct some clerical and customer service duties such as greeting patients, providing information on procedures, answering phones and emails and maintaining records.
