I am a young graduate with a grade many wished they graduated with grin. However, In my job hunting, I discovered gender discrimination is still very much entrenched in the system. At least, I have come across 3 offers where the employer / HR insists on a male staff.Come to think of it,the job in question does not require any physical quality (Strength, power etc) but purely professional.Am I the only female experiencing this ?What is your take on this issue?

my sister just hold on, do not give up and most of all pray, I believe the perfect job is waiting for you out there, just pray that God will lead you to it
