Are you addicted to social media? Do you spend a bit too much of your day with your face buried in your phone? Well, Facebook now allows you to see exactly how much time you spend on their app.
Just go to
Settings and Privacy and look for Your
Time on Facebook. You should then be
able to see a bar chart, indicating how much time you spent Facebooking every
day of the week.
