Appeal Court discharges convict over alleged N8bn CBN scam Justice Nathaniel Ayo-Emmanuel of the Federal High Court Ibadan, on Tuesday, discharged Kayode Philip-Togun, one of the defendants in the case of alleged N8 billion currency scam from further prosecution.
