By Adamu Abuh, Abuja 06 December 2018 | 4:15 am Convener of the group , Gbenga Bojuwomi , who led protesters to the national secretariat of the party in Abuja, claimed that four governors and several party chieftains were sponsoring AA . He cited governors Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo , Rochas Okorocha Imo , Kayode Fayemi of Ondo and Ibikunle Amosu of Ogun state . Bojuwomi also included the Minister of Works , Power and Housing, Babatunde Fashola , and former National Legal Adviser , Muiz Banire as sponsors . He claimed that they recently held secret meetings in Akure, where they strategised on how to achieve their selfish goals . He disclosed that at the parley , Ondo and Imo states were picked as pilot bodies to test -run the party . The convener urged the Department of State Services ( DSS ) , Economic and Financial Crimes Commission ( EFCC) and Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission ( ICPC ) to investigate what he called “ financial mobilisation for AA in Ondo and Imo states . He said : “ Akeredolu had directed all APC members in Ondo State , who are loyal to him to mobilise for AA and work against President Muhammadu Buhari in the forthcoming general elections . “Furthermore , there was a revelation from the stakeholders meeting held in Akure sometime in September , where Akeredolu specifically told the party members that he would fight three enemies in the APC to actualise Fashola ’ s 2023 presidential ambition . AD swam on the current of ethnicity to support Obj blindly while principled refused to flow with them, and they all sank in that murky water in 2003 : AD sank since then while Tinubu has remained ever dynamically constant and consistent.
