Good day everyone please kindly help me beg gtb to refund my money, I transfered to my diamond bank account, they claim the transaction is successful but diamond bank claim no fund was received, for the past 3days, can anybody suggest what I can do to uncover this fraud going on in banking sector.

had similar experience with transfer to diamond bank few weeks back. before I help u how did u open ur diamond bank account? if u did online that means u have fallen prey. in my own case diamond bank said my account cannot accept any deposit above 50k(they never told me when I opened it), so the money transferred was not credited and same time was not returned to the sender's account. u would have to initiate a fund recall from gtb, mine took like a week and before the fund was returned. the thing is ur money is neither with diamond bank nor GTB but with a 3rd party responsible for inter bank transfer.

it's my daughter's account and have deposited into 1m before in it before. I will ask them for refund .

GT can't and won't tamper with ur money....plz go to diamond Bank and resolve d issue with them.

Gt can charge u even for passing through their banks but won't take anything away from ur acct.

so how come transaction is successful and I can t see my money in my diamond bank account and diamond bank claim there is no fund.
