Experiencia, is a Social Enterprise committed to building the portfolio of our future workforce. Our future workforce represents the army of Final Year Undergraduates, Unemployed Graduates and Corp Members that adorn the length and breadth of our nation, Nigeria.

Experiencia also serves as a bridge that provides Start-ups and SME’s with the much needed workforce at no cost to their business. The Start-ups and SME’s only get to incur operational cost on behalf of his or her Graduate Employee. These opportunities will mostly be available in an admin or operational capacity.

Our Enterprise is informed by our desire to create a Social Solution that achieves two major objectives:

a. Provide the much needed work and professional experience Employers of Labour (Large & Medium Scale Businesses) often desire of recent and fresh Graduates of our Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria who are unemployed and have never had a structured work experience

b. Provide the much needed Graduate workforce our Start-ups and SME’s often times can’t afford due to their low or non-existent financial resource to recruit and retain potential top talents from our Graduate work-force

In view of the above, if your Business Organization desires to get GRADUATES who will WORK as an Employee on a Volunteer or Internship basis for FREE, you are in the right place. Your Business Organization must fit the description of a Start-up with just an extra employee besides the Founder, Co-Founder or 1st Employee as the case applies.

We understand how ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE it is for Start-ups or SME's to afford Graduates - that's the main reason we have activated this platform to give Start-up's and SME's an opportunity to recruit Top Graduate Talent from our pool.

How it works!
Experiencia! offers these opportunities in two major ways: (Start-ups or SME's choose which works)

a. Virtual Internship or Volunteer Opportunities (Provide Internet & Modem to work from home)

b. Physical or Face2Face Internship or Volunteer Opportunities (Office) (Provide Transport & Feeding for days you ask them to show up at your office or business place)
Why will GRADUATE be committed to this ARRANGEMENT?
Every major employer needs our recent or fresh graduates post NYSC to have amassed work experience they never had a chance or opportunity to EARN due to the rigid learning and development environment we have all grown up in. This is a way of filling that GAP where they are MOTIVATED to work in a sector or profession that is tailored to their Long and Short Term Goals. They will be interviewed, trained and mentored by us throughout the duration of the Volunteer Opportunity.

We work across all LOCATIONS in Nigeria. Graduate Volunteer Employees will resume in January 2019.. We will be SELECTING just 100 Start-ups and SMEs for our 1st Cohort of Unemployed Graduates.

What we Offer to Start-Ups and SME’s!

Experiencia! offers the following opportunities:

a. CAC Registered Start-ups and SME’s will access a pool of FREE LABOUR from our large reservoir of Unemployed Graduates

b. CAC Registered Start-ups and SME’s will be able to quote these Graduates as Staff and Employees in its daily operations.

c. CAC Registered Start-ups and SME’s will be able to provide real time and real life mentoring, exposure and experience much needed by these unemployed Graduates.

d. CAC Registered Start-ups and SME’s will be able to input the actual standardized cost of employing a Nigerian Graduate as part of its operational cost in the near future when it wants to seek further Investor funding.

e. CAC Registered Start-ups and SME’s will be able to free up more time for themselves to focus on driving business development and marketing whilst these Graduates do the real operational and administrative work required to move their businesses forward.

f. At the completion of their time with Start-ups and SME’s, we will issue recommendation letters of success for a fruitful engagement with our Intern and Volunteer. Whilst we will take our relationship further by issuing new Unemployed Graduates

g. Employees will be expected to permit their Interns or Volunteers to pursue real Job Interviews and Test as they earn corporate work experience through you.

h. Employers will provide basic transport and feeding money to Volunteer or Interns whenever they are asked to resume at a face2face or physical location. Whilst Internet and Modem will be provided for the Virtual Work.
