Kaduna Npower volunteers blocked the entrance of the Budget and Planning office this morning to protest the non payment of 4 months stipends.
The volunteers decry the excuses and call for patient by Npower officials.
"We are not responsible for the irresponsibility of focal persons" says one of the volunteers as hundreds chanted solidarity song and "Npower pay our money".
