I am just wondering whether houses in Nigeria require some sort of Mortgage payment i am thinking of going back there in the next 15 years and living in some prestigious area or something just ok. But im wondering if Houses require a full payment like a House costing N100,000,000.00 would you be asked to pay that at once. Or it depends on the Estate or landlord.
