Surveillance footage shows the moment a man pushed another man into oncoming traffic in Los Angeles and a truck nearly crushed him. He picked up the man's phone, put in his pocket and walked away. The suspect happens to be a bandit from the way he tried attacking a plus sized lady who walked pass in full speed. The suspect has since been arrested, but the victim suffered a collapsed lung and multiple broken bones.
