Few Days after we published a report about one Chioma Obi who brutalized her housegirl in Okota, Lagos, she has been arrested.

According to reports, the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Lagos Chapter, and the Girl Child Foundation, an NGO, effected the arrest and have taken up the case of the victim, Ngozi Uba.

It was gathered that Ngozi was battered by the suspect for allegedly cutting her children’s fingernails without accounting for whereabouts of the nails. .

According to someone in the know, Mrs Obi then branded Ngozi a witch over her failure to account for the nails, after which she inflicted injuries on her.
