#OPINION: How can a man who claimed to have integrity refuse to sign these beautiful & harmless bill into laws?

1. Mandatory use of card readers. No more incidence form.

2. Real time on-the-spot live transmission of voting results like in the US

3. Mandatory access to all party agents to inspect election materials before voting commences.

4. Mandatory access to party agents to be present during voting, collation and announcement of results.

5. Imprisonment for any INEC staff that contravenes the Act.

Refusal to sign it is nothing but pure madness. In 2015, Buhari scored 1.9m votes from Kano state. Over 70% of these voters did not use PVC. All almajiris in Kano state were drafted to vote Buhari with incidence form. This is the main reason Buhari is not interested in the electoral amendment bill. He is relying on those almajiris again for 2019.
Nigerians must rise up to this madness

I suggest you rummage the internet to get a soft copy of the bill you claim you are qouting.

Sign bill is more than what you posted. The are sections and sub-sections, and they all must logically compliment each other without any ambiguity.

There are are errors of cross refrencing, ambiguity and misinterpretation that Buhari had been highlighting .

The Nass should have drafted a perfect document that Buhari wouldnt have found anything to correct from the onset. Rather the going back and forth
