The Federal government should arrest and prosecute the management of IEDC to not proving a safety barrier that prevents people from working on live system. The company should have a permit to work system, for this kind of job, the power will be isolated, switch locked with key and isolation tag put in place so that no person can switch on power while they are still working

well is not as you think...I was once a DSO (distribution station operator)here in JEDC Makurdi business unit.outages are granted on high tensions mostly,cos frm d pix he's working on Low tension 0.415v..now whr u feel threatened due to d closeness of d HT line, u apply for station guarantee.lets say he did apply nd d lines r opened,i will write it for u boldly on d guaranteed form dat placement of grounding materials is d responsibility of d permit holder..now frm d pix d line is not grounded.cos d can b returns frm a generator . 2 mayb him go do chwa chwa and e back fire.
