What is arthritis?
Arthritis is simply an inflammation that mostly occurs in joints. It can also occur on a particular joint or multiple joints. A place where two different joints meet is known as joint. The main function of a joint is to move effectively all body parts that are connected by its bones. It tends to affect both kids and adults.

Most arthritis is usually followed by joint pains. It is mostly found in women than men and also in overweight people. Another name for joint pains is called arthralgia. Monoarthritis is known when a single joint is involved. When two or three joints are involved is known as Oligoarthritis and when four or more joints are involved, it is termed polyarthritis.

Types of Arthritis
Arthritis has more than a hundred types, and the number is increasing each day. Also, we will be looking at the two most common ones, namely:
