An Igbo proverb says "a man whose house is on fire does not go chasing rats ..."
My question to you now is: which is more important? Saving your burning house or catching rats for the palm wine sessions?
I still believe that we are all mad in this country.
Check all the news platform (print & digital) since 1999 (and the reactions/comments thereof), what you see is: "PMB does not wear pant to bed"; "Wike gifted Fashola his first ever non "okrika" shoes"; "people like peter obi should be given national awards". HOW WILL THAT IMPACT ON THE WELFARE OF THE AVERAGE MAN?
You that have spent your life savings repairing your car due to bad road, have you bothered to find out why no street has been fixed in your LGA/LCDA?
My thinking is (part 1 of the solutions), is there no way the people of Nigeria can demand, on a monthly basis, a report on how the money was spent on our behalf?
Such report should be our focus until poverty is eradicated from this richly blessed nation.

How can you tell if a president/governor/chairman is doing well? YOU CANNOT! Except there is a report to show the resources available and how those resources are applied.
That should be the focus of every non-mentally challanged Nigerian NOW! (Or stop the complaints).
Let's reject the "tales by moonlight" life styles, biko nu o.
