Latest Tottenham news includes fan reaction to Dele Alli's 50th goal for the club.

Dele Alli notched his 50th goal in Tottenham Hotspur colours in the 2-0 win over Leicester City on Saturday evening, which has got many reminiscing over his very first strike for the club.

The England international met Heung-min Son's cross with a diving header to seal all three points for the Lilywhites at the King Power Stadium.

It's a result which moved Spurs back above Chelsea and bitter north London rivals Arsenal in the Premier League table and sets them up nicely for next week's crucial Champions League clash against Barcelona in the Camp Nou.

But most of the talk has centred around Alli reaching a half century of goals.

Signed from MK Dons in the 2015 January transfer window, the midfielder officially joined up with his new teammates that summer and made his debut as a substitute against Manchester United.

His first ever goal in the top flight of English football arrived on his very next appearance.

It was at the King Power, at the same end, an almost identical diving header to what he produced on Saturday, with the main difference being that Spurs drew that game 1-1.

The similarity of the two goals wasn't lost on a number of fans who took to social media to point it out.
