Back in the early and mid-2000s, Demoxxi was known as streetlevels, Born in Somolu Lagos Nigeria, Demoxxi started his recording career alongside his cousin TT. Tommy, working with DJ Yoodee, who later moved to rhythm FM, and thus could not continue to work with the artist then.
Few years later Demoxxi joined an aspiring Hip hop club/ Ruffhowz inc. Alongside FX, Sofi Jay and the Wizz Kidd. But being into hard-core rap, could not get endorsed by any record label. Couple with the fact that most of the guys in the band were in different universities, or location around the region, only to meet at the base in Gbagada occasionally, progress was not ascensual.
2008, Demoxxi in his 20s left Nigeria for the UK, where he is now based, but flowing ‘Local from diaspora’ For many years Demoxxi was in the dark even though he never stop writing, or recording, it took multiple relationship breakdown, run-ins with the law,to re- align Demoxxi, who is now ready to inform!
