It’s obvious you don’t know anything about international diplomacy. Why should the president of Nigeria attend an event launched by the US national security adviser? If the event is so important as to require the presence of foreign heads of states, Trump would have launched the strategy himself. It was a low key event that is usually attended by diplomats from foreign embassies and not by head of states.

Well said, such engagements have levels, this gathering is not even on VP or Senate president level, this is a cabinet or trade reps level.

How many Africa leaders attended the event? Are you aware that Trump didn’t attend the launch not to talk of meeting Saraki?

This is because you people can not see or reason beyond politics, pettiness and hatred, Saraki is a federal government official before politics.

PMB is the president and the commander in chief and any public official attending any gathering anywhere on the surface of the earth is a representative of the president, he's at that gathering because the President sent him there.

Invitations are not sent to random institutions or individuals, they are sent to the FG and the FG decides who to send.

Saraki is running errands for the President, but I'm very sure this concept is very foreign to many ignorant and unintelligent Igbos with zero understanding of governmental affairs, diplomacy and common social studies.

This is not even a leadership level gathering so this just another ignorant and lazy Nigerian youths kind of situation.


Btw, stop saying the US personally invited Saraki because it sounds very embarrassing, shows how backward and ignorant many of you are. International relations and diplomacy don't work that way. Saraki cannot represent Nigeria in any official capacity without the approval and consent of the President of Nigeria.

you guyz are not only the petty ones here but also the lifeless ones. Buhari is always quick to fly off to all the C grade conferences that a deputy Perm sec should have attended, But Bubu will hijack it to go and pose for pictures, how come such the lifelessly fossil is now scared for a sit down with the most powerful man in the world? If its to travel to Western germany or UK to disgrace his ancestory, he will be the first to arrove at the conference hall, sits at the front to read lifeless comments everyone the world over knw he lacks the capacity to comprehend.
