Hello people. I'm presently in a dilemma as to renting a house in Abuja. My place of primary assignment is in Gwarinpa and I've been advised to get a house in lugbe or aleita.

I don't know what rent is like in those places as my budget is 150k max for a self contain. I need guidance on the price range of houses in those places or anywhere close to Gwarinpa where I can get something within my budget
