Just now, I decided to check the meaning of "husband " to know if the dictionary has a different meaning from the generally perceived meaning of husband being the head or master of a house. I discovered that, that meaning is obsolete, outdated or out of fashion. Contemporarily, a husband, according to the dictionary is the male figure, or man in a marriage or marital relationship, and not the head, whatsoever.... Englishmart, let's stop here. 1 Like
