Peter Obi is not answering questions based on the platform of the PDP for reasons best known to him. He is doing whatever he is as an individual but he failed to inform his audience how he would change the economy of the country other than throwing figures and statistics.

You should also know that the budget for health as at 2014 was around #262B. Do the math again.
Peter Obi failed to tell us what amount he stipulated as budget in health in his state when he was governor. He should tell us that so we run a comparison to that of Nigeria.
