Brother they are all scam. Buhari also had a beautiful manifesto during the last election but it's quite unfortunate we couldn't have a feel of it. Did Buhari started having huge votes from kano in 2015? If there is loopholes that APC exploited even as opposition in 2015, then PDP should exploit same as opposition in 2019...
