In 1999 before PDP came to power, IBB, Abacha and Abdulsalam were the juntas (dictators) that configured this recent structural history of Nigeria that people are calling on Atiku now to restructure.

IBB knew the North has nothing but bloodshed, violence and poverty to contribute to Nigeria. He quickly started creating states and more LGA for the HausaFulanis dominated regions of the North with some corresponding fewer states and LGA in the South thereby cornering bulk of the Nations wealth to these Lazy folks of the North and equally giving them political power advantage at the centre. This advantage was to ensure that the country never divide, ever.
PDP came to power after the messing up of country by Fulanis since 1960 not 1999. But today, the Fulanis controlled media wants people not to know the mess the country got into for 40yrs before PDP.

Every time you hear PDP 16yrs in power bla bla bla..?
Was it PDP that caused the Civil War, Maitatsine crisis, Zango Kataf crisis, Kano series of Religious crisis, JOS massacre of 1945, Araba crisis of 1964, Niger Delta Militias, Boko Haram and countless needless crisis all over the country by Northerners...?

Clash of Western and Arabians culture or civilization fighting for survival and domination are the principal cause of Nigeria Problem.

Tribalism, nepotism, false equivalence, Islamic domineering and Christian over sabi are the problems

People had been disillusioned and disaffected with the PDP ruleship..economic,unemployment and corruption was the order of the day..the sanctity of those institutions (armed forces and the police) was being political assailed,assaulted and dragged in the mud.it became obvious that PDP leadership was nearing its collapse and the high flying eagle was heading for the pole..that was why Buhari was elected.

Gave opportunity to APC to have a chance at power.
