Mr man stop embarrassing yourself. Why not go back to elementary school if you dont understand the basics. A good contruction company would have realized the area is prone to erosion and out in adequate measures to forestall it. Thats elementary knowledge you should know. That the project failed as as a result of poor contruction which obi government is known for.
