If you are in a country where you use your phones to check when the buses arrive your station, pay for bus fare, buy metro tickets, buy meat and pepper in the market with your phone, open your house door, enter elevator with NFC etc (these are just basic daily needs I mentioned o) you will not be able to part with your phone for 1 week max.
