Indeed some Nigerians are a very wicked specie of humans. Mixing cassava, white chalk, powdery and other harmful and contraband substances all in a bid to get rich at the expense of your fellow human.

why are these people like this? imagine an individual who bought the drug supposedly to cure his illness only to have it aggravated. These guys should be sentenced to death because their actions is an act tantamount to intentional mass murder.

What a useless country. Nigeria didn't value the lives of her citizens. Nigeria pharmaceutical and health laws need to be reform and amend. How are this drugs entering the pharmaceutical markets when Implementing close system supply chain will do enough to combat drug abuse and misuse, fake drug, monitor therapeutic response, increase quality and quantity control measures.
It's in my country any body can handle drug, even mallam in the park are vendors of drug. Some of them prescribed and dispensed First Class poison. While in other countries (close to us here is S. A) Pharmaceutical industry is second must highly regulated next to the nuclear industry.
I have seen a whole family dead due to a mistake of a Patent medicine store and a whole country in chaos due to nervousness of a pharmacist in a pharmaceutical industry.
My point is this; the federal government should place adequate laws and regulations with strict punishment to offenders as other countries are doing. With this you don't bother too much on a wind or thief when your house is well securely closed.
