They should not surrender pls, instead take them to Maiduguri where their talents would be useful.

Sounds cool...until you realise that you are sending them to an area they a) know nothing about b) climate, weather is completely different from what they know c) with no training on how to handle such environment.

Sure the Army has that issue too..that's why training is done in such a way that future soldiers can adapt to varied environemnt. Add the Civilain JTF.

how easy they get these modern weapons is beyond imagination, when the army with all the budget still put our brave soldiers in the arms way procuring refurblished out dated weapons.

The amnesty program of Cross River state governor, Ben Ayade for the the militant people of Bakassi is yielding dividends as some repentant militants are currently surrendering their arms to the government.

The former militants and cultists are being documented by soldiers after laying down their weapons and renouncing militancy at Bakassi beach ikang.

The governor had earlier called on militants and holders of small arms in Cross River State to voluntarily surrender them to government. He said his administration was determined to offer them a viable alternative means of livelihood once they embrace the offer.

Ayade admonished the people to maintain the prevailing peace in the state, advising them to seize the opportunity the disarmament project offers.

That white substance could be Juju

It’s nothing but white pigment, probably some clay or liquid chalk. The only protection it will offer him is exposing his silly superstitious face to a hot round that will shatter his facial bones.
