Ken Nnamani the no. 3 citizen said he couldn't vote because the poll officials and election materials were no where to be found in his home state of Enugu. He alleged that this was the same situation in all parts of Enugu, and warns INEC not to manufacture nor announs any result as no election was held in the state. |

the whole election is a shambles. OBJ has never done anything right: census, national id and now election |
