i dont exactly agree with the word exploit, cos MJ's dynasty was paid a lot of money by Sony for this. I remember seeing an article about Mj getting the highest record deal in the history of music industry from sony. They where going to market his works for the next 10 yrs so they paid for it. Even pac and biggie's works have been released after their death. I dont think its a big deal.
