A newborn baby has been found alive after being placed inside a black bag and abandoned on the street.
The child was discovered dumped at the side of the road.

Video shows a group of men and women shocked to find the newborn on the side of the road, still with the umbilical cord attached. Their audible surprise can be heard throughout the video.

The group prepare to take the child out of the bag and in the video, one woman asking to put on a pair of plastic gloves to take the infant out of the bag.
